·         Items for Praise

• We Praise the Lord for two marvellous conferences held in Asia  in   September with a team of six from NZ & the USA & four nationals. The  family travelled and ministered with us throughout the country. We went to a new area for the first time in 21years of ministry.   This is the State the family came from and Pastor John always wanted me to go with him to this his birthplace. God is good He moved in an awesome way among  the 200 who attended most of whom were young men.

• Ministry was as always totally wonderful. All of a Bible school was touched by the Lord. We visited two day care centres this trip. They were set up to outreach to Moslems & Buddhists in the areas. This was a precious time with these beautiful  children being trained in the ways of the Lord..

• We returned to another city  and it was amazing. In this military city so restricted last time, we went to a very safe secret place where we ministered and God came in a sweet awesome way.160 people attended with lives changed and transformed.

• A strategic meeting was held in the capital  with Pastor Peter a new connection this year as a result of a dream. He is to open up a new area in 2010 with secret underground church meetings. This is an extremely restricted area and only 50 people will attend.

   

  In Bangkok we had an awesome time. Ministry is opening up in Thailand. There has always been a door there but this increasing.  Rosemary Felix is living by faith,  serving  Jesus among the Burmese migrant fish factory workers. She is leading many to Jesus and doing a great work of discipling them. Recently she has been reaching Indians and Nepalis.

   

  PLEASE PRAY FOR ROSEMARY—she needs more support. She is very thin due to having no money for food. Thank you to those of you who gave to help her, As you have sown seed so you will share in her harvest.

  We are ministering into a Nepali church at the Christian Guest House where we stay. Many are coming to Jesus through this fellowship. Pray for Anil as he ministers there.

   

  What a privilege it was to at the Myanmar Christian Assembly again and be present when Brother Yun’s son was preaching. What a blessing he was and it was to be there. 

   

  Praise God for the wonderful time  Denise had  in   London seeing friends there and ministering at the opening of the Starazagoro church    Bulgaria..  While in Bulgaria She was catching up with Patricia Green our friend of many years from Rahab Ministries Bangkok and latterly Alabaster Jar Berlin.

   

·         For the hundreds of people healed, delivered, and baptised in the Holy Spirit. over this past year.

·         10 Conferences held across Asia in the past year.

·         For the wonderful teams who traveled over the past years..

·         For those who gave to assist team members to travel. If you have Mileage this is one way you could assist someone to travel.

• For the times on the border at the orphanage. For all the new Christians baptised in water.

• For the provision of funding & building of the Training Center in a restricted Access nation in Asia.

• For the moves of God and visitation on a recent Asian Ministry trip.

Prayer Items

• For Esther & Gumsan & the work at Umphang on the Thai    border. We had a  wonderful visit with them baptising four new believers and the latest report is four  migrant workers have found new life in Christ.

  They have 23 children and are doing amazing outreach into the local area where thousands of Migrant workers  live and work in extremely poor conditions. Pray for their support as they are totally trusting God now for all their expenses. Thank you to those of you who gave recently to assist them when they had no money to pay the rent!

   

  · In April; we are believing for a team to spend one week in a nearby country  and a week with them ministering to the children, the migrant workers and the nearby displaced persons  camp.

  · Pray for Pastor Peter  and his evangelism & outreach throughout the nation especially this Christmas as this is the time for extensive  outreach . Pray for God to move in mighty signs wonders & miracles.

   

  · Pray for the Asian family  who suffered a recent loss for wisdom,  direction & safety in all they do. 

  ·  Two  little boys brothers have   recently come into the family and need sponsored. Can you help ?

   

   

  Pray for the Himalayan Team  Jan 19-Feb 16

  · Let me encourage you to sow a first fruits offering to the Lord as the New Year approaches. I did this recently here in the USA and God did amazing things as a result.. For the first time in 21years people in Asia began to sow into what we were doing in a restricted  access nation.! This was a miracle. The poverty is great!

  · Be blessed. Thank you for all your faithful prayers and giving.  

   

• Please Pray for more people to travel. Conferences need teams. Please ask the Lord to touch people to travel on teams.

Would You pray specially for more interns to travel and minister both in the USA and in NZ.  This is a great need.

·          Interns can travel for one month or more with us to learn & develop ministry skills.

· Teams are needed urgently for  two restricted nations  later in 09, Tonga in June 2010, August  a restricted access nation and  Bulgaria in October , and later in the year another  RAN. .

Mercy Ministries

· In the Himalayas with Pastor Daniel & Elisabeth. Pray for the family as they minister in the villages and prepare for the team coming in January.

· Pray that many will come to Jesus and be discipled.

· Pray for Pastor V &  Mai and Pastor Mary & the children for safety, protection, provision &

 health.

· We want to provide more land and goats in both these settings to initiate micro projects.

• For more people to sponsor the many children needing our help.

·       A house & land purchased to house the children.  A Training Center built to house the Discipleship students.

·       Several orphans are now sponsored. More children are still needing sponsoring.

      The farmer’s family housed in the local village with a home cell established. A farming project initiated with 6 hogs & four oxen which have reproduced two baby oxen.   20 students the families and all 38 children successfully fed. Several successful rice harvests achieved.                                                                               

·       An evangelism house established in a resistant Buddhist village. The first students in Bible School now from three un reached people.

·       Many baptized and 3  new areas of outreach evangelism in this needy nation.

·       Beds purchased for the children.

·       A motor bike & several bicycles purchased.

• 70 children attended a week long children’s camp where 20 came to Jesus.

• Monthly children's outreaches successfully being held in resistant Buddhist areas.

• ·       26   Empowerment Conferences held over 8 years equipping thousands of leaders.

·       Praise God for the developing work with Daniel and Elisabeth in the Himalayas. They have planted three churches   and are supervising many churches. Recently we bought some land to establish a work in this area. They have an informal  school for about 25 very poor tribal tea garden children. We are planning to establish micro projects on this 1/3^rd acre. There is a great need for  a school, an orphanage, a vocational training centre for empowering women in creative arts and community health, a medical clinic and of course the church. We want to buy more land for microprojects.

·       Will you plant seed in this project?

·       Pray for this developing vision and for finance to be released for the land.

·       Teams will be needed to build and evangelize the village areas.

·       Pray for teams to go in August 09, April 2010 to bless two persecuted nations in Asia.   Pray for God to move in might and power in the conferences held. That the Lord will pour out His Spirit. Eight Conferences are scheduled in January-February. Pray for the finances for these.

·       Pray for safety and health for all those travelling.

·       Pray for Kevin and Denise in the USA  and the nations over this year .

·       A Himalayan nation is calling. A Pastors conferences is scheduled there during  February 2010, Persecuted underground pastors are calling, Come and help us.

·       Pray for teams.  Pray for God to move mightily in Asia and the Himalayan Region. Pray for the persecuted church to be strong.

HIMALAYAN ACHIEVEMENTS

·       A  van purchased by the teams  provides some income for  Pastor Daniel & his  family.

·       42  Himalayan Empowerment  Conferences  in the past eight years, to  equip thousands of  women leaders.  Approx. seven hundred churches have  attended conferences & thousands of lives have been transformed.

·       A motor bike provided by the team  for evangelism & church planting.

·       Four persons have received Vocational Training.

·       Sewing machines purchased for the sewing machine project.

·       A permanent new  church built and established.

·       Medical clinics held. 77 Tribal people were recently treated at these clinics.

·       Many are coming to know Jesus as Lord and Saviour. Regular discipleship and outreach is being carried out. Many have been baptized this past year.

·       Another church plant successfully achieved and new fields of outreach opened up.  

·       Financial support for Pastor Daniel and his family.

·       A literacy program established.

·       Bible Training. for three young men.

·       Four workers other than the pastor are supported by Faith Church.

·       Micro projects: 1/3 acre of Land purchased, a wall, small building to house a worker and a well are established on the site.

·       10  Goats and other animals purchased.

·       Sponsorship for many of the 21 orphaned, disadvantaged children.

·       For the provision of a computer.

Pray for us, our ministry and for new souls. For the extension of God’s Kingdom in the Himalayan region.

·       We are praying for more land [$ 2000 an acre] .  We have many needs to share with you, will you pray with us for God’s provision:

·       A jeep for evangelism and outreach cost     $15,000

·       Sewing machines & materials  $100.

·       Pray for Elisabeth for the provision of a building in order to start a beauty salon [microenterprise project] $5000 is needed. She is currently undertaking the training.

    For a septic tank to be installed on the land Cost $1500

·       A printer for teaching & tools for  evangelism  Approx $ 1000

·       4 goats to empower a Tribal family   $200

·       A disadvantaged child or young person sponsored at $30 a month.

·       Ladies Vocational Training         $400  per lady.

·       Discipleship materials & Medicines

·       A three day Conference. Cost $1500 for  up to 500   leaders &   pastors.

·       A milking cow $600.

·       PRAISE GOD for the awesome presence God has given us over the past months.

·       Pray for more sponsors for the orphans and disadvantaged children our brother is working with. Many are unable to go to school due to the poverty. Would you like to help us provide schooling and food for these children?

·       Praise God for all He is doing in Asia. We are just a small part of a big picture.

                                                     The harvest truly is white but the labourers are few.

·  Praise God and pray with us :

·       For men and women to travel to the nations. A large team is needed for the Himalayan region as the  conferences are more than 500 persons. Those   attending are prayed for three or four times each of the three days. Has God been speaking to you? Recently a man travelled to South Asia and he was not going to go because of the costs. When I told him that we really needed him and could not do the conferences without him, he reconsidered and came with us. And truly we could not have managed with out him!

·       Teams are needed for two restricted access nations. Pray for people to not only hear God but   listen and obey. Many hear but do nothing about it.

·         Some volunteers to help in the ministry. We are very desirous of seeing a team of ministry here in the USA and NZ.
