Donald and Margaret Hemingway dreamt a dream for a College in soroti Uganda to reach the surrounding nations. They sacrificially lived to build the College Now he is in heaven and she over 80 years. Now the College needs finished so this vision can be realised!

In 1993 God spoke to Donald and Margaret Hemingway in Hamilton New Zealand about starting the Bible College in Soroti Uganda, and that countries surrounding Uganda namely:- Burundi, Rwanda, Southern Sudan, Tanzania and Kenya church leaders will join the college.
